These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and PhyziqAi and govern your use of the PhyziqAi mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using PhyziqAi, you represent that you are 18 or older and able to enter into these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.
PhyziqAi offers auto-renewing subscriptions, each starting with a 7-day free trial:
After the 7-day free trial, the listed price applies. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method is charged through your App Store account, and you can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store settings. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
Except where required by law or the applicable app store's policies, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store.
PhyziqAi provides fitness and educational guidance only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, and stop and seek help if you experience pain, dizziness, or other symptoms. You use the App and follow any plan at your own risk.
Physique scores, per-region ratings, goal comparisons, and plans are AI-generated estimates intended for motivation and tracking. They are not clinical measurements (for example, they are not body-fat percentages) and we do not guarantee any particular result. Results depend on many factors within your control and are not promised or warranted.
You agree not to misuse the App, including: uploading content you do not have the right to use; uploading images of anyone other than yourself without consent; attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service; or using the App for any unlawful purpose.
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the App's features to you (such as generating your analysis). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use your scan photos for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for how scan media is handled.
The App, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by PhyziqAi and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhyziqAi and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the App or reliance on its estimates or plans. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You may stop using the App at any time and cancel your subscription through the App Store. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and PhyziqAi only, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
